Elisenda Ventura holds a Masters degree in Nautical Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Transport Management from UPC, Barcelona.  Given her strong affinity to learn, Elisenda was sponsored by Navozyme to get certified in  UI/UX design and Blockchain fundamentals. She is also trained in agile methodologies and is a certified Scrum Master.

The Responsibilites...

You will be part of the business development team and will support the overall marketing and sales strategy of Navozyme.  Your key responsibilities will be to....

  • Deliver sales results and bring in new commercial deals
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches
  • Create engaging sales collaterals (presentations, videos etc)
  • Be a trusted ambassador of the Navozyme brand
  • Keep abreast of the competitive landscape
  • Support the formulation of commercial proposals
  • Support marketing and sales strategies
  • Provide inputs to the product team on new opportunities

Good to know before you apply....

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a requirement
  • Experience within the maritime industry is a must 
  • Technology Solution Sales experience will be an advantage
  • Digital Marketing experience will be highly valued
  • You will need to travel as and when required (usually at least once a month for a few days)
  • You should be comfortable to work independently with minimum supervision
  • The role requires frequent reporting on the status of the sales funnel....a disciplined, proactive demeanour will be essential
